Do you have a money back guarantee?

Yes. If you don't like the service during the first 30 days or hundred minutes of use (whichever comes first), we will refund your subscription.

Is there a setup fee?

No. The free answering service trial is a completely free, no obligation period. There are no setup fees to start the trial, and no setup fees if you decide to use the answering service following the trial.

Is my information safe?

We take security seriously. Our call center is PCI compliant and ISO certified, and our servers are hosted in a data center with 24-hour surveillance and biometric security. All message information is protected with SSL encryption to keep your data safe.

Do you have per call plans?

Yes. My Phone Genius also offers per call answering service pricing. Please contact us to see if your business is eligible for per call billing.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. With My Phone Genius, there is nothing to sign and no long-term contracts. Our service is month-to-month. You can adjust or cancel service at any time.

Do you have any cancellation fees?

No. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you will be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again. You can cancel by email, phone or text.

Can I change plans?

Yes! You are not locked into any plan. You can choose to upgrade or downgrade service at any time. Our plans are designed to your specifications, so our staff will always work with you to make sure you have what you need.

What if I choose the wrong plan?

Don’t worry, it happens all the time! Set up billing alerts in your My Phone Genius portal and we’ll email you if your minutes have gone over your plan limits and/or when it’s cheaper to be on the next plan.

How do you bill?

We will bill you automatically every 30 days after you subscribe and until you cancel. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
